Purpose of processing

Organising and running the camp, communicating with the player and guardian, ensuring participants’ safety and — with separate consent — presenting players to clubs and scouts.

Health data

Allergies, medication and health notes are visible exclusively to authorised staff of the organiser. They are not passed on to scouts, analytics or third parties, and are not sent in the confirmation email.

Retention period
